Women of LinkedIn

A one-day livestream pass to get in on the first summit for women using LinkedIn to grow their businesses, build authority, and form the kinds of relationships that change what's possible.

9:00 AM – 3:00 PM EDT virtual summit access for all speakers · breakout rooms for deeper connection · The Room Roster · BONUS: leveraging virtual events pre-summit training Registration closes September 16. Replay included.

You're not meant to grow your business in isolation. Nothing should hold you back from building real connection.

Mentally play back the highlight reel for your business for a moment. It's full of people, isn't it?

Which is why summits, conferences, and live events can be so appealing to attend.

When you get into connection with women who understand what you are building, share your values, and genuinely want to build relationships, the ripple effect can be felt for years. It's exciting to think about attending an in-person event, but reality can set in fast. The flights... hotels... time away from life's many responsibilities...

Sometimes it's just not possible to "be in the room where it's happening."

In-person events can yield tremendous benefits, but so can attending something virtually when you set your intention and have a virtual connection strategy.

So while LinkedIn may be where the connection starts, it can also be where meaningful relationships blossom and grow even deeper because of a shared experience.

In-person seats are sold out. Virtual tickets are still available.

The 1st Annual Women of LinkedIn Summit will be your springboard to next level relationships.

You're writing posts from your laptop. Trying to say something useful. Trying to sound like yourself. Trying to figure out whether any of this is working.

And sometimes, despite being on a "networking platform," it can feel like you're doing all of it alone.

But growth rarely happens in isolation. It happens when you're exposed to better ideas. When a woman a few steps ahead shows you what she stopped doing. When someone in the room becomes your next collaborator, client, or friend.

This one-day virtual experience will give you space to expand into a bigger vision for your business, a chance to start making new friends, and opportunities to build the future of your business alongside other committed Women of Linkedin.

What you'll walk away with

Strategy

What's working right now across content, video, partnerships, PR, and authority — from women using LinkedIn to build real businesses.

Community

Thoughtful, ambitious, generous women — the kind you actually want in your network. A full room of them at your table.

Momentum

One day out of your normal environment. One idea. One conversation. Enough to change what you do next week.

Opportunities

The best opportunities come from being visible in the right rooms, with the right people, at the right time. This is one of those rooms.

On the agenda

Featured sessions

Every session below runs live in the room and streams live to virtual ticket holders.

Creating an Offer That Matches Your Expertise

Your offer is where your expertise becomes a business. In this session, you'll learn how to shape, position, and price an offer that reflects the real depth of what you know — one that fits the clients you actually want to work with and the results you can genuinely deliver. Because a great offer isn't about doing more. It's about aligning what you sell with who you are and what you're best at.

Turning Corporate Experience Into Founder Storytelling

So many women have years — sometimes decades — of professional experience, but struggle to translate that into content that feels compelling, human, and clear. In this session, you'll learn how to turn your career history, expertise, client work, lessons learned, and lived experience into founder storytelling that builds trust and creates opportunity. Because your experience is not boring. It just needs the right frame.

Protecting Yourself Online as You Scale

As your visibility grows, so does your responsibility to protect your work, your brand, your boundaries, and your business. This session will cover practical legal considerations for women building online, creating content, growing audiences, launching offers, and becoming more visible. Not to scare you. To help you scale with more confidence and less “wait, should I have thought about this sooner?” energy.

Leveraging PR + LinkedIn for Greater Visibility

PR and LinkedIn work beautifully together when they're used strategically. You'll learn how to think about credibility, visibility, media, thought leadership, and your LinkedIn presence as an ecosystem — so one opportunity can support the next. Because visibility compounds when people can see a clear trail of your work.

Video for Modern Business Growth

Video is becoming harder to ignore. But using video well doesn't mean dancing on Reels, copying trends, or suddenly becoming a full-time content creator. You'll learn how video can increase trust, deepen connection, and support your LinkedIn presence in a way that actually makes sense for your business.

Building in Public & Building a Loyal Brand

There's a difference between sharing everything and building in public with intention. This session will explore how founders can bring people into the journey, share what they're learning, create emotional investment, and build a brand people want to follow over time. Because loyal audiences are not built from polished perfection. They're built through trust.

WHAT YOU'LL GET

What you'll get with your pass

This is what you'll get with the Women of LinkedIn LiveStream Pass

01
The Room Roster

The name and LinkedIn profile of every woman at the summit. Cold outreach becomes warm outreach when you have a real shared experience to open with, which is what makes this different from any list you could buy.

02
Facilitated breakout rooms

Small, prompted, and organized on purpose. This is not passive viewing. You will talk to people and they will talk back. The connections won't just die in the Zoom chat.

03
Your questions in the room

Submit question for the speakers and out live room moderator will put them to the stage. This doesn't have to be a one-way conversation.

04
No flights, no hotel, no visa

The summit itself is happening in a loft in Brooklyn, NYC, and your pass streams the whole day from the room live. Join from anywhere, including from countries where getting into the United States for a one-day event isn't realistic. Geography shouldn't keep you from making powerful connections.

05
A date on the calendar

The most underrated part. A fixed Fridays is what finally moves LinkedIn off the back burner, because a plan with a date attached signals a different level of commitment. With a room full of everyone who paid to be there. Nobody wandered in. It's the difference between attending a free networking group and mingling with women actually using LinkedIn to build their companies with purpose.

BONUS
The after-party, from wherever you are

When the sessions end, the women in Brooklyn head to a private happy hour. You get your own version: a small virtual gathering with Molly and the Impressions team. It matters to Molly that she actually meets the women in this community, and this is where that happens.

The part almost nobody plans for

Turn the summit into real relationships

Here's the part almost nobody plans for.

Think about the last event you loved.

You came home with a notebook, forty conversations, and every intention of following up.

Then Monday arrived. Then a client thing. Three weeks later you couldn't have named five women in that room.

That's not a story about a bad event.

It's what happens when nobody gives you a plan for the week after, and it happens to the women who flew in just as reliably as it happens to everyone else.

A shared experience can be the ultimate “icebreaker.” Outreach and making new friends is easier when you know exactly how to start a conversation.

Sending connection requests is the easy part. But what happens next… when you’re staring at your cursor and an empty message window?

One of the huge benefits of an in-person event: there’s a shared experience to chat about…

Eg. What brought you here? How do you know the host? Where did you travel from?

But online those questions feel… expected and a little flat.

That’s why our special “Virtual Event Leverage” training is going to help you get prepared so you can make the most of the Summit Day and the weeks that follow.

You can get the benefits of the shared experience without having to turn yourself inside out to get to the room.

Frequently asked

Will this feel like watching a webinar?

No, and that's the part we've worked hardest on. The breakout rooms will be small, focused, and prompted to spark fast connection. You’ll also be able to submit questions for the moderator to ask speakers live, so you’ll be part of the conversation.

Why is a virtual pass $199?

Because of what's in it besides the sessions. The Room Roster, the pre-summit training, and small facilitated breakouts are the parts that turn a day of watching into relationships you still have next March. Seats in the room itself were $350 and did not include the training.

What exactly is the Room Roster?

A list of every woman who purchased a summit ticket, whether in-person or virtual. You’ll get names and LinkedIn profiles and have a built in conversation starter when you reach out post-summit. A shared experience like this becomes the ultimate icebreaker.

I'm not in the US. Does this work for me?

Sessions run 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM ET, which is a workable afternoon and evening across Europe and the Americas. Further east it's a late night, and the replay is there for anything you can't attend live. The roster and the training reach you wherever you are.

What if I can't be there the whole day?

The replay can catch you up on sessions you might need to miss. The breakout schedule will be shared throughout the day and the live Q&A are the parts worth clearing the calendar for, so come for those if you have to choose.

Can I get a refund if I can’t attend?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you can gift your access up until September 16th.
